Vol. 3 No. 1 (2023)We are pleased to present our latest issue to the scientific community. We begin with an article on genital tract infections and their impact on sexual function in women. Next, we present an investigation that addresses the development of critical thinking in the field of Social Studies, focused on eighth, ninth and tenth year students of basic education through e-learning. In the third article, we share the process of joint creation between five storytellers and a sculptor. We also highlight an innovative article that proposes a new organization of research designs, classifying them according to their level of complexity. In the fifth article, a rigorous validation and reliability measurement of the School Persistence Questionnaire, adapted and translated for the Ecuadorian secondary school population, is carried out. After that, we include a study that evaluates the validity of the Beck Anxiety and Depression Inventories in Kichwa-speaking Cañari adolescents in Ecuador.Finally, we delve into the philosophy of statistics with an article on the debate between frequentist and Bayesian statistics, in which a possible solution is glimpsed.

Vol. 2 No. 2 (2022)December 2022 to May 2023: On this occasion, we present an issue with several articles that highlight educational and thinking issues, as well as biological elements linked to health. The first article addresses the discordance between the self-perception of critical thinking and the ability to solve problems using this type of reasoning. The second article addresses the complex problem of the association between students' classroom disciplinary behavior and their creative thinking in relation to academic performance simultaneously. The third article focuses on the aesthetic analysis of Hans Haacke's work from a critical view of the essay. The fourth article is a systematic bibliographical review of the state of the art of the Caroli syndrome. The fifth article deals with determining whether progressivity and proportionality are complied with in the income tax. Finally, the sixth article updates the scientific community on diagnostic and therapeutic advances in hyperemesis gravidarum.

In this issue we present a first article on the guidelines of Ecuadorian archaeological heritage. The second deals with the ineffective dismissal of maternal women. The third article delves into the critical philosophy on the hyperconsumption society. The fourth article deals with the impact that vaccination against covid-19 has had on the reduction of daily deaths. The fifth article focuses on the validation of the construct to assess the promotion of metacognition in high school. Vol. 1 No. 2 (2021)December 2021 to May 2022: In this issue, we present five research articles. The first of them is a study on the radio programming of Cuenca-Ecuador in the sixties and seventies of the twentieth century. The second is a social work article on aging and the family in which the challenges from social work and family orientation are presented. The third deals with a case study on the perception of the organizational climate and its modification, the product of the intervention, and the regulations in the Ecuadorian university. The fourth article focuses on a literature review on electoral forecasting with big data applied to databases available on the Internet. Finally, the fifth and last article carries out an exploratory bibliographic review focusing on opinion polls, the economic vote, electoral history, political affiliation, and electoral markets.

We continue with an article on recidivism in child abuse. Next, we present one dedicated to the evaluation of postgraduate theses in the health area. We continue with an article on the limitations of the dimensionality of a scale used in the field of education. Next, we present an article on the musical literary analysis of five popular Ecuadorian songs in the 1960s. We close this edition with an article on a case study of indigenous justice in Ecuador.
