The objective of this study was to determine if there is a modification of perception of the university organizational climate due to evaluation and accreditation of CEAACES to Universidad Católica de Cuenca (UCACUE). For this, 211 professors, administrators and service personnel who had been on the institution's payroll for more than 10 years were selected. They were asked in two moments, with a period of 15 days apart: 1) how they believed the organizational climate was before 2008? And 2) what they think the organizational climate is in 2018, after evaluation and accreditation by CEAACES? The CLIOUNing was used as an evaluation instrument (Mejías et al., 2006). In the dimensionality analysis, the factors proposed by the author of the instrument could not be corroborated, which is why the results of all items are reported. Of the 41 items, 28 are positive, in these the average evaluation has favorably improved the organizational climate; while 13 are negative, in which favorable changes to the organizational climate are also noted. It has been proven that there is a significant modification in the perception of the university organizational climate due to the evaluation and accreditation process
